Thank you so much for finding this space! I believe you were meant to be here at this exact moment and you’re welcome to visit time and time again! 

1 in 400 Trillion started on a day that I decided I had to awaken!
I had been living in the anxieties of the past and the future and not living for now. I begrudged where I was at and did not see any possibilities. I reached a point of loathing my day to day work, knowing it was a means to an end. I found myself on the daily searching videos and blogs that would help me find my way.

Along the course of time I have lost many dear friends and family, my greatest loss - my mother, way to young - and who I promised I would live a full live. But instead I lived in fear: I allowed fears to define me, or rather define my perception of what I thought life should be.

We have all had trials and tribulations, some unbearable (sending those that need much <3 & light) and I found in my search that regardless, it’s how you see things that can change your vision.

Easier to say, harder to do. I would like to say that it took me a year or so, but the reality is it almost took me a few decades get to the point of acknowledging it’s finally time to awaken. And its work on the daily! Most importantly for me, I need to remember to create the best present self, providing the best future for my family, my passions, my work, my community, this world and to give the most to this time we have been gifted.

I have probably spent hours and hours focusing on (insert every negative thought pattern here) … and viewing and starting book up on book, listening to my new bests friends, Audible and YouTube, hitting classes, seeking answers. I decided that just like I would come across a word, a quote, a person that spoke to me and helped lift me for just a moment, then it might help someone else at just the moment they need it.

The truth is … that you can only find that answer within yourself, when you’re ready; but we can all use a little help to get us there.
